Egg Salad Bagel Recipe
This egg salad bagel recipe is made without spices or onions and is one the kids should like.
4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
3 Tablespoons real mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
4 bagels, split in halves
4 pieces fresh green leaf lettuce
Hard boil the eggs, then run under cold water.
Peel the shells off.
In a small bowl chop the eggs into small pieces and stir in the mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix to a nice creamy consistency.
Cut the bagels in half, put a light layer of butter, the lettuce and divide the egg mixture evenly onto all four bagels.
